About G20 YEA Summit 2023

G20 YEA Singapore is an observer of the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA), a global network of more than 500,000 young entrepreneurs and the organisations that support them.

In advance of every G20 Leaders’ Summit, the G20 YEA brings together hundreds of the world’s top young entrepreneurs to advance youth entrepreneurship as a driver of economic growth, innovation and social change.

The Summit allows young entrepreneurs to become part of a network of champions for youth entrepreneurship, advising on issues of importance, sharing ideas and proposing solutions. The G20 YEA Summit also offers a vital opportunity for young entrepreneurs to advance their businesses, make international connections and explore international growth.

G20 YEA Summit 2023 as a Singapore Delegate.

G20 YEA Singapore is looking for 10 of Singapore’s outstanding entrepreneurs to represent our country in-person at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit 2023 hosted by Young Indians (YI) in New Delhi, India from July 13-16, 2023.

G20 YEA Summit 2023 theme: “Hum” the power of coming together.
The G20 YEA Summit is back to an in-person format and will be held in New Delhi, India. We will bring the full delegation for the Summit in India, with Singapore’s delegation briefing activities will be mostly held online (more details to be shared soon). Meanwhile, the delegation will be able to connect digitally in advance of the summit, alongside 300+ young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial leaders from across the G20 countries via the G20 YEA App.

Frequently asked questions and answers

The G20 YEA Summit hosted by India will be held in-person in New Delhi, India from 13 to 16 July 2023.

The summit sessions could feature:
• High-profile keynote speakers
• Breakout sessions, panel discussions, focus groups and a pitch competition
• Virtual networking opportunities through profile matching and conference navigation

• At least 21 years old
• Resident of Singapore
• Owner, co-founder and/or majority shareholder of a Singapore business
• Able to communicate in English
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial leader familiar with the challenges facing young entrepreneurs
• Strong interest in affecting entrepreneurship policy
• Interested in exploring international markets and making international connections to advance business interests, articulated interest in the Indian market or other G20 market will be considered an asset
• Able to cover all costs associated with participating as a delegate*

*We anticipate that the cost to participate in the 2023 Summit in New Delhi, India will be approximately SGD 3000~4000 (inclusive of your international flight, accommodations, in-person Summit registration fee, ground transportation and food)

A partial reimbursement may be provided to participants (Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents) under 35 years, for eligible travel expenses via National Youth Council Grant.

A non-refundable fee of SGD 50 is payable to G20 YEA Singapore is required from all delegates to confirm a spot for the 2023 G20 YEA Singapore delegation. This fee will be used towards costs related to delegation coordination, training and activities.

Official Delegate Pass @ USD 750/person or SGD 1050/person (excluding VAT, Airfares, Hotels)
Full Payment Deadline by 30 May 2023
*Upon confirmation, delegates are required to pay non-refundable SGD 50 deposit.
